A cinematic, micro storytelling, social media campaign produced for Galvin Green at the dramatic West Cliffs Golf Links in Portugal. Over three production days, ten films were created for the brand’s 2023 collection.

DIRECTORS NOTE
In April 2022, Mattias Brännholm was commissioned to produce and direct a major part of the campaign films for Galvin Green’s 2023 collection.
The production took place at the visually striking West Cliffs Golf Links on the Portuguese coastline — a location chosen for its dramatic landscapes, shifting light and raw atmosphere. The ambition was to create a series of films that captured both the technical performance of the garments and the emotional feeling of playing golf in demanding conditions.
Over the course of three intensive production days, ten films were created for social media. The project included eight short-form 15-second films alongside two longer 45-second pieces, each designed to combine cinematic visuals with a clear sense of movement, weather and texture.
For Mattias Brännholm, the project became an exercise in balancing commercial clarity with cinematic storytelling — creating films that felt visually elevated while still staying true to the identity of one of golf’s strongest premium apparel brands.
